Here is an all-important link for you. You will need to change the language, if you don't want to use the chinese screen and you have memorized the placement of all the commands (uuhhhhm, yep, I had considered that before I came across this link!)
When you get to China, you need to change the language, and this is how you do it. Go to
www.blogger.com/language.g
That's where you change it to english, and you're set!
