I knew that little kids learn a language fast. But what little Nina BoBo is "producing" is mind-boggling. She is learning English SO super fast!
We have been home 2 weeks now, and we've had her for almost four. Here is her vocabulary so far:

Tja, dies ist ja wirklich cool! Werdet ihr irgendwie ermöglichen, dass sie das chinesische nicht verlernt? Ev. mit Kontakten zu Chinesen oder so?
Aber Brandee hat es doch gesagt, dass es 4 Wochen dauert, bis die neue Sprache "funktionniert"... eben auch
Schwiizerdütsch ( wir kommen ja erst in 9 1/2 Wochen!!

Wow, thats pretty fast! I remember Jonell learning very fast too even though she was nearly 5 at the time, it took her around 6 months to speak english like any other british child including the accent!
Great to read about Nina's development and she seems to be very comfy with her new life! :o)))
